Presenter Course Itinerary

Welcome and Introduction

Participants will be welcomed to the workshop and introduced to the mentors and fellow participants. An overview of the day's activities will be provided.

On-Screen Presence

Participants will learn about the importance of on-screen presence, and how to establish a persona that engages and holds the audience's attention. Topics covered will include body language, facial expressions, voice modulation, and maintaining eye contact.

Script Writing

Participants will learn how to write scripts for their presentations that are engaging, informative, and to-the-point, about a subject that is relevant to them. They will also learn how to structure their presentations for maximum impact.

Lighting and Camera Techniques

Participants will learn about lighting techniques that work well on camera, as well as the best camera angles for different types of presentations. They will also learn about microphone techniques for clear and effective sound.

Practice Presentations

Participants will have the opportunity to practice their presentations in front of the camera with guidance and feedback from our mentors.

Final Presentations

Participants will make their final presentations in front of the camera, incorporating the skills they have learned throughout the day. They will receive feedback from the mentors and fellow participants.

Wrap-up and Conclusion

The mentors will summarise the key takeaways from the workshop, and provide participants with resources for further learning and development. Participants will receive certificates of completion and a copy of their presentation to use on their showreel.
